This incentive plan provides the employee with a base salary, plus a bonus on a sliding scale depending on the volume of sales produced. This type of plan is most common with a manager or estimator although it can be adapted to other positions. Everyone works better when they are being measured. Some employees really begin to perform when they can benefit personally from good performance. This plan is very simple, yet offers the participant a "piece of the pie" when the shop does well. |
